(1) Hour coaching session by telephone or in person, includes unlimited email support between sessions. The email support allows you to ask questions that arise between your sessions and helps you move past situations that make you feel stuck.
During your coaching session we will discuss your concerns and explore ways to achieve your goals. I will provide you with the tools and resources to help you on your journey towards successfully attaining your goals or to gain clarity in your life. You will succeed and you will be inspired to transform that part of your life that is less desirable.
A coaching session provides clients with guidance, motivation, support and inspires positve transformations in your life. My goal is to help you reach your goals and help you create the life you desire.
Rates
$70/hr or $40/30min
Packages are available at a discounted rate, special rates for referrals and repeat clients.
Evening and weekend appointments available.

Monday-Friday: 6pm-8pm
Saturdays & Sunday: 10am-3pm
