Coping With the Loss of a Loved One

Whether the loss of a loved one is expected or sudden, it remains one of the most difficult challenges to overcome in life. It’s very hard to cope with the inevitable flood of emotions that comes with losing someone you love so dearly. I have experienced both and time does allow the pain to get easier to move forward in your life.  Holiday’s are especially hard but I find that focusing on the positive memories makes the day easier.
