(1) Hour coaching session by telephone or in person, includes unlimited email support between sessions.  The email support allows you to ask questions that arise between your sessions and helps you move past situations that make you feel stuck.  During your coaching session we will discuss your concerns and explore ways to achieve your goals. I will provide you with the tools and resources to help you on your journey towards successfully attaining your goals or to gain clarity in your life. You will succeed and you will be inspired to transform that part of your life that is less desirable.
